I had originally bought Bigfoot 3 because my son loves Bigfoot, but then I came across this on Ebay.  I figured it would be neat to build the original and then try to collect all the Bigfoot models that are available.  The kit was received partially built and in good condition.  Even though the truck was partially built when I received it, I rebuilt the suspension and the top end of the motor.  I will be adding some extra detail to the engine with wire and any other extras I can get.

The truck has already been painted a dark blue, so I may just polish up the paint that is on it now and just touch the bad areas.  You can definitely tell that this is an older kit.  The body and bed have some fitment problems but I have been able to correct it for the most part.  There are several other things that have to be done and then the truck should be complete.

The interior is nothing more than what the original Ford truck had in it at the time and it is perfect for the period of the truck.  As with the exterior, a little touchup and it should be fine.  The suspension was built upon receipt of the kit, but as I mentioned earlier, I totally rebuilt it.  It now sits level and the suspension parts have been detailed to match the 1:1 truck.
