Upgrades!

Here you will find information and pictures about the upgrades I have done to my wagon.

Engine Modifications

My engine inhales outside air through an Injen Technologies COLD AIR INTAKE system.  The air then gets ignited using an MSD 6A IGNITION MODULE by flowing it's charge  to the cylinders through MSD 8.5 plug wires utilizing an MSD Blaster 2 COIL and an MSD MODIFIED DISTRIBUTOR CAP.  The spent gases through a GEAR stainless steel catback EXHAUST SYSTEM.  Other changes to the engine compartment include, Tenzo R BATTERY HOLD DOWN, OIL FILL CAP, and BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR COVER.

Suspension and Wheels

The wagon has placed at a lower stance using N1 World Sport coilovers.  These coilovers give the wagon a mean stance and allow for quick ride height adjustments.  The rollers are 17 x 7.5 Wilcox Hunter WHEELS.  They are powder coated white and give the wagon the look of a fast grocery getter.

The wagon holds to turns using Cusco FRONT and REAR strut tower bars that are directly from Japan.

 

Interior / Audio

The wagons audio system and interior have minimal upgrades right now. Starting at the cockpit, the factory steering wheel has been replaced with a Grant Signature Series STEERING WHEEL for more precise control in the corners.

The SHIFT KNOB and e-brake handles have been replaced with Matrix Motorsports anodized blue aluminum ones with carbon fiber grips.  The audio system consists of a Sony HEADUNIT with signals being amplified via two Lightning Audio Bolt B150.2 AMPLIFIERS.  One powers the whole top end of the system and the other one powers a single 12" Rockford Fosgate DVC 12 in a Q-logic enclosure.  CLICK HERE to see a simple layout of my audio system.

As far as monitoring the engines vital parameters, and watching my speed, the factory gauge faces have been swapped for a set of AC Autotechnic REVERSE INDIGLO GAUGES.  Then it all comes together by starting the wagon using the Ignited PUSH BUTTON START.

 

Exterior Modifications

The exterior of the wagon remains stock with the exception of FRONT and REAR racing tow hooks by Chikara and a set of clear tail lights.  The headlights, High beams, and driving lights have been replaced with Raybrig platinum Thunder White bulbs.  The corner marker and parking lights have been replaced with PIAA hyper white light bulbs.  Also the wagon has been equipped with a set of Auto Indulgence adjustable Hyper Blinkers.
